activity which has been determined by the Central Government / Local. In particular,
Procurement of goods and services is the procurement of goods and services which is financed
by the state budget / local budget, both implemented by self-managed and providers of goods and
services. Obtain goods and services at a price which can be accounted for, the appropriate
amount and quality and timely procurement.
Field Work Practice is a university student real and direct participation in profession
work activities in an institution or legal institution. On this occasion, the writer was given the
opportunity to carry out Field Work Practice in Sleman District Licensing Service Office. By
Field Work Pratice, the writer could apply the theory directly to the society. It aimed to help
people in the field of law to support the creation of Associate Expert Professionalism. Associate
Experts can have extensive knowledge so as to have the skills to apply the theory in Field Work
Practice. Moreover,the writer could distinguish the law in theory and practice in daily life.
Based on Field Work Practice which has been carried by the writer, the writer gained
knowledge about the procedure to obtain Nuisance Permit of Goods and Services Procurement.
Moreover, the writer also gained knowledge on the procedures of other permits required by the
society to support the establishment of a new business which competed freely. In general, the
supplicant must go through certain procedures which have been determined by the government
as the license giver. In addition, the supplicant must fulfill certain requirements established by
the governments or license, the aim of license and license institute.
