Summary: | This paper aims to explain that PPOB Nusantara has various kind of services in
one system. Currently, many of people seek for the business of PPOB Nusantara, because
this business very simple and does not need massive capital. Moreover, this paper aims to
explain two favorite services by customer and there are some obstacles when doing
transaction in the system.
The methods of this paper are direct observation, interview, and library research.
Direct observation and interview is conducted in the period of December 2013 until April
2014. Direct observation is conducted by working in PPOB Nusantara as Customer
Service. Besides, for interview is conducted with person who has responsibility to
services operational. Then, for library research the writer read several books and internet
research for additional information.
Based on direct observation, interview, and library research, on the system PPOB
Nusantara has some problems when doing transaction. The problems which there on the
system can be handled by PPOB Nusantara. It will have done with variety of ways based
on problems that faced.
