description Generally, reinforced concrete is composite materials concrete and bar reinforce. This study can be developed composite of reinforced concrete to be composite concrete-mild steel. Characteristic of mild steel are light in weight and thin, mild steel have height strength. On Indonesia Standard (SNI 4096:2007) said, mild steel for structure (G550) have minimum strength 550 MPa. Quality strength of mild steel same with strength of bar reinforce BJ 41 quality. So if according to theory, mild steel can be change bar reinforce on concrete technology. Study of composite concrete-mild steel did to beam, with observed beam flexure capacity. Beam sample designed with mild steel G550 quality, 1 mm thickness, designed by Blue Scope Steel and readymix concrete designed by Holcim K-300 concrete quality. Beam used mild steel as formwork and beam cover Testing beam used point load at middle beam, and spacing point�s beam are 2300mm. Analysis result to maximum load of beam is 177.05 kN. Result for tensile strength testing of mild steel is mean 668,64 MPa, and result for concrete compression testing is mean 286 MPa on 14th days. Result of flexural testing, beam can be held more 152 kN load.
