| Summary: | Management of inactive records is the effort to maintenance of
inactive records starting from the removal of the central file to the records
center. This final report discusses the management of inactive records in
the Badan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
There are some method used to achieve a correct and accurate data.
Data collection methods used include literature that is useful for collecting
theories of literature sources relating to the management of inactive
records in BLH DIY. Further observation and participation is done by
recording and direct observation of the BLH DIY. These observations aim
to obtain concrete data. The last method is done to complement the data
has not been found by interviewing or asking the employee who manages
the archive at BLH DIY.
The conclusion of this final report, that BLH of Yogyakarta
Province has not done optimally inactive records management, there are
still many shortage in the encounter like no JRA, structuring and storage
systems that is simple and maintenance is less noticed, this is due to the
absence of archivists and inadequate facilities in BLH DIY.
