| Summary: | In Indonesian for HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) cases from July until September 2012 with new cases HIV has report 5.489 cases. Nurse knowledge about HIV/ AIDS very important because nurse always communicate with patient in worked. So, we need instrument can used measure knowledge for nurse about HIV/ AIDS.
Objective : General purpose in this study is to know about validity and reliabilty instrument HIV KQ 45 (Indonesian Version).
Method : This study is descriptive Quantitatif research. Sample study 69 nurse which worked in Primary Care Yogyakarta country. Technique sampling used total sampling. Data obtain from Questionnaire Knowledge. Analyze data used Point Biserial test, KR- 20, Cronbach Alpha and ANOVA.
Result : Result in this study has validity instrument HIV KQ 45 (Indonesian Version) with Point Biserial test total score item valid has 34 item (76 %) in first data and total score item valid has 35 itam (78 %) in second data. Result for consistency test has 32 item ( 71,1 %) consisten and 13 item ( 28,9 %) unconsisten. Reliability score with KR 20 has r 1 = 0, 672 and r 2 = 0,683. Internal consistency Reliability score with Cronbach Alpha has r 1 = 0,685 and r 2 = 0,648. ANOVA score has p 0,05 and F 3,61.
Conclusion : Instrument HIV KQ 45 indonesian version has total score item valid 35 and low reliability as well as good internal consistensy reliability and stable until two week.
