| Summary: | The incidence of gastrointestinal worms cause decreased productivity of cattle.
The objective of study is to asses incident of strongylosis on cattle in Sragen,
Central Java. The present study uses cross sectional study design. 49 cow�s feces
samples were obtainet from Sragen. The samples were examination using floating
method to detect strongyle�s egg. Quesionnaire and interview with farmers were
conducted to obtain data of husbandry�s method in Sragen. This study showed
that the level incident of strongylosis in cattle is 48.97% (24/49). Futher study was
needed using large samples. |
