| Summary: | This final paper aims to do the SWOT analysis on Solusi Distribusi, a book distributor agent. The author have already held an observation there for three months to complete the data needed. According to the observation, Solusi Distribusi is a national scale book distributor with wide range market channels and also has a lot of publisher partners. Observation also showed that there are several chances that are able to be applied for Solusi Distribusi to expand it further and also several challenges they face recently. This paper will explain further about the chances they may able to use in the future and also how to face the challenges they face recently. It will also be presented with the SWOT analysis. |
