enchance security and facilitate the conduct laboratory attendance, because this tool has two
functions, namely to the security door at the same laboratory and used for attendance. The
system design uses 2 RFID reader (ID-12), microcontroller Atmega 328P, K-128 serial, servo
motors, solenoids, user interface programs, and databases. This system also uses C++ language
and compiler win AVR (AVR-GCC, AVR-G++ with Arduino IDE).
The working principle of this intrument system is brought closer to the tag card reader
then Atmega 328P microcontroller obtain ID. Once it is sent to the computer to be checked in the
database. If the ID is already registered will send data to the Atmega 328P microcontroller for
RFID check-in or out. Then define the data storage in or return. Once obtained, Atmega 328P
microcontroller sends the data to the servo motor to open the door. In this system, lcd indicator is
used to display information successfully accessed or not.
The reading of the maximum tag is the tag of closer towards the top, with a maximum
distance of 4.5 cm. With these results will facilitate the installation of equipment on the system.
If two tags simultaneously brought closer to the RFID reader, the RFID reader ID-12 is not able
to read the tags. |
