| Summary: | Pharmacokinetics profile of enrofloxacin was carried out on plasma, liver, kidney, and breast muscle of broiler after intravenous administration with a single dose of 50 mg/kg body weight. Forty-two broilers is maintained in the animal cages from DOC and given antibiotic-free feed and water ad libitum. After the age of 30 days weighing 1-1.5 kg, thirty-nine broilers were injected enrofloxacin with a single dose of 50 mg/kg body weight intravenously through the right brachial vein. Three broilers is not injected enrofloxacin and used for sampling at minute 0 (blank). Blood samples were taken from the left brachial vein on three non-injected broiler (0 minute) and at minute of 1, 5, 15, 30
