Summary: | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among lone
wolf, types of commitment defined as organizational commitment, career
commitment, job involvement and turnover intention on sales employees at PT
ASTRA GRAPHIA TBK. A sample of 140 sales employees was used to determine
whether lone wolf related to organizational commitment, career commitment and
job involvement. Further analysis was also taken to determine the relationship
between those types of commitment with turnover intention. In addtion, lone wolf
impact on turnover intention was being analysed with regression analysis.
Multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis were used to measure the
hipothesis on this study.
The results show negative relationship between lone wolf and
organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was also negatively
related to turnover intention whereas lone wolf positively related to turnover
intention. This supports partially the link discovered between academic literature
on lone wolf and types of commitment. |
