independent variable is the transformational leadership style, transactional, and
laissez faire affect total quality management as the dependent variable.
This research was conducted in PT. Nasmoco Pemuda in Semarang.
Methods of data collection in this study was to questionnaires filled out by the
respondents are employees of PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang working in PT.
Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Sampling were 62 respondents in this study using
census method. The independent variable in this study consisted of a
transformational leadership style, transactional, and laissez faire, while the
dependent variable is total quality management. The analysis used in this study
include the analysis of index numbers, test validity, reliability test, the classical
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which
includes t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination ( R2 ).
Results of analyzes using multiple linear regression can be seen that the
variables of transformational leadership style positively to total quality
management of PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Second, the variable
transactional leadership style has a positive effect on the total quality management
of PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Third, the laissez faire leadership style
negative effect on total quality management of PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang.
The results of the analysis can be determined using the t test transformational
leadership style, transactional, and laissez faire significant effect on the total
quality management of PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. |
