| Summary: | Automotive components industry is a growing industry in Indonesia. But
with the increasing cost of human resources, many large companies conduct
outsourcing manufacturing process on parts of its production process to other
companies, to obtain a lower cost of production. It provides opportunities for
small and medium industries to be subcontractors for the company.
This study aims to design a business plan and analyze the feasibility of the
establishment of the manufacturing company that is in the field of machinery to
produce automotive sub component, especially steel pipes. The company that will
be established is named CV Rama Engineering. The company will be established
in Setu, Bekasi, near the industrial area MM 2100 as a customer target area.
Feasibility analysis of the business will be conducted by analyzing the financial
projections which will run.
From the analysis that has been conducted, it shows that the business of
manufacture of automotive sub component is a business that is feasible to be run
because financial analysis shows that is is a profitable business. Capital paid will
be returned within a period of less than three years.
