which was originally an outpatient clinic, decided to add inpatient facility to improve
clinical services to patients. Inpatient clinic only treat patients with minor complaints
so when a patient needs further medical treatment in which the clinic can not
provide, the patient should be referred to hospital.
The business plan using the company�s internal and external environment. It
will also provide an overview to �five forces� analysis. For a more in-depth analysis
to this business plan, the author describe the functional business plan.
The target market for this clinic is the middle to lower class. Clinic offers
convenience for patients, that patients can be treated in a cost-effective treatment and
clinic location is close to the residence of patients. In order to support inpatient
facility, the clinic plans to provide 10 beds which will be divided in three classes,
namely 1st class, 2nd class and 3rd class. BPI ALBASRAH is located in Kabupaten
Malang and more precisely in Desa Wajak, Kecamatan Wajak.
In order to realize the additional facilities for patients convenience and to
provide the best service, we need a comprehensive business plan such as marketing
plans, human resources, finance and operations.
The result proves that this business is feasible the financial analysis shows
that the business is able to fulfill financial feasibility. Based on analysis cash flow for
7 years, it finds out that NPV is 26.297.000 (Positive), the IRR is 14%, and the
payback periode is 4,5 years. |
