| Summary: | This research is to address the dispute regarding the copyright ownership of cooling
water product with rhinos image between Wen Ken Drug and PT Sinde Budi Sentosa. The
purpose of this research is to determine the factors that cause The Supreme Court decision
contrary to the Commercial Court decision, and to analyze the conformity of Supreme Court
