| Summary: | This research is intended to know how the form of the law patronage of creditor in
contributing the credit of fix income group if an office pays to determine its cooperation
contract to carry out the devalution of salary while the gushed credit has not been
periodically in cash.
This research uses the approach method of yuridis descriptive. The collecting data and
information are obtained from resecarh of literature and interview. The technique of non
random sampling with purposive sampling is used to choose research sampling.The analysis
on data of research result is done by cualitative methode. The analysis results in descriptive
explanation.
Research result shows the form of law patronage foward creditor in contributing credit
of fix income group. Involving in research aspect of 5'C, 5'P, 3'R, and new debitor must take
over the salary in a bank of contributing credit, mitigate the risk in credit process of risk
scoring, analysis of cash flow, and intensive guidance with intance office to pay. The efforts
which must be dobe by creditor if one other hand of paid office determine contract is by
doing the approach by marketing team to do a pressing a claim and solving the problem
credit either to creditor or paid office, do the rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring.
The final way to sove this credit by omitting credit in way of forming quality remain of
productive activa.
