| Summary: | The aim of this study was to obtain the aerodynamic characteristics and
power coefficient of wind turbine using 3 blades of NACA 0012 in variuos
velocity ratio and pitch angle. Simulation done in this study produced visual data
that could not be produced by experimental research. This data could be used as
reference for wind turbine design.
The geometry of simulation domain was 1/3 cylinder with radius 2.5R (R
= rotor radius), length 6R. The length of domain was splited into 2 part |
