| Summary: | Bongo Religious Tourism village is one of the tourism village in
Indonesia, which administratively located in Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo
Province. The village was established since 2004 by offering the integration of
Islamic cultural, nature, and historical attractions. In fact, the availability of
resources and physical development in the village was less balanced with the
capacity of local managers in running tourism village programs. Low capacity
level managers have the potential to impede the progress of a tourism village.
Therefore, the issue of lack of capacity of managers became a necessity to be
further identified.
