Summary: | Law No. 44 of 2009 on the Hospital article 15, paragraph 3 states that management of
medical devices, pharmaceutical preparations, and consumables at the hospital pharmacy
should be done by the installation of the door system. This research aim to know patient
satisfaction of hospital pharmacy RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro and Kimia Farma
Pharmacy, level of patient visits, lost of profit and to know factors that affect the
implementation of one door pharmacy service system.
Type of study is a survey of analytic studies, with quantitative and qualitative
approaches. Data were collected from questionnaires obtained from the management and staff
of the hospital as much as 98 people to the questionnaire pharmacy system implementation of
the door, patients who pay for healthcare in the hospital pharmacy as many as 345 people and
as many as 385 Kimia Farma Pharmacy for the patient satisfaction questionnaire, as well as
traffic data and sales of existing patients in the hospital. Analysis to know factors that affect
the implementation of one door pharmacy service system used parsial t test and then regresi
analysis. Patient satisfaction analysis used SERVQUAL/gap analysis.
The results showed that the overall satisfaction of the patients in the pharmacy is still
higher than in Kimia Farma Pharmacy. Level of patient visits outpatient pharmacy in January
to March 2014 average of 21.08%, and the lost of profit in the pharmacy is Rp. 623.255.384,
- for one month, or approximately 26.87% of the total sales in the hospital. Factors that affect
implementation of one door pharmacy service system that administration (p = 0,008) and
service delivery (p = 0,028).
