| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the acceptance of cloud computing on SMEs. The model used in this study is TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and additional three external factors. These factors are computer self efficacy, complexity, and service quality.
Data have collected from 482 SMEs in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta using a survey method. The data in this study were analyzed by using SEM.
The results of this study indicate that computer self efficacy and service quality has positive influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In addition, service quality also affect the behavioral intention to use cloud computing. While complexity did not effect on the use of this technology. |
