Summary:This study aim to testing and obtain empirical evidence about factors of a technological context, organizational context, and the context of the environment that influence the decision of the cloud computing adoption by SMEs in Indonesia using the Technological-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) Framework. TOE Framework is an analytical framework that is used to study the adoption and assimilation of different types of innovation at the organizational level in the context of internal and external organizations. The dimensions of this research model are cost, relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, IT knowledge, IT innovation, business size, competitive pressures, the support of IT vendors, and support from the government The research method in this study is a quantitative method with a survey method, distributed questionnaires to the managers of SMEs in Indonesia. This study uses version 2.0 SmartPLS program to test the hypotheses developed in the study. The results of the testing and analysis of the study showed that the factors that influence cloud computing adoption decisions by SMEs in Indonesia are cost, compatibility, perceived risk, knowledge of IT, and support of IT vendors.
