Summary: | Objective of this research to know: (i) the effect of cow biogas waste
application on N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu uptake and protein-reducing sugar
content on sweet corn, and (ii) residue effect of cow biogas waste to pH, EC, Corganic, CEC, total N, available P, available K, available Fe, available Mn,
available Zn and available Cu of soil. The research was arranged Completely
Block Randomized Design (CRBD) with 3 replicates of 2 factors combination.
The first factor was dose of biogas solid waste consisted 2 levels were 0 ton/ha
(P0) and 5,4 ton/ha (P1). The second factor was dose of biogas liquid waste
consisted 4 levels, were 0 liter/ha (D0), 500 liter/ha (D1), 1000 liter/ha (D2), 1500
liter/ha (D3). Data were analysed by F test and if there were significant effect
then continued by using Duncans Multiple Range Test (α=5%). Result of this
reseach showed that gave biogas solid waste as much 5,4 ton/ha was able to
increase (i) N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu uptake of kernels, (ii) protein and reducing
sugar content, and (iii) pH, organic C and total N of soil. The biogas liquid waste
at dose 1000 liter/ha was able to increase protein content of sweet corn
