research is in order to drill down and find out the role of the Government in an
attempt to maintain, protect and preserve the area of cultural heritage Kotagede
is According to the compliance with what has been stated in the cultural heritage
act number 11 of 2010.
In this study using the deductive approach of qualitative analysis
methods, namely a discussion by combining theoretical studies library and field
research. This research was conducted by examining the legal materials while
also identifying various regulations relating to the role of Government against
the efforts of the management and preservation of the area of cultural heritage
Kotagede. Analysis on the problems raised in this research, carried out by way
of analyzing the existing problems in the field, i.e. regarding the Government's
role in the efforts of management and preservation of the area of cultural
heritage Kotagede, next will be examined with the associated with the prevailing
legislation act of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2010 about cultural
Heritage.
Based on the results of the Government's authorized overlay set forth in
the legislation of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2010 about Heritage,
with programs and activities that have been undertaken by various government
sectors, both the provincial government and City Government, County
Government, many found the suitability of the program and share in each of the
stakeholders in the conservation and protection of area of cultural heritage
Kotagede. Where the Government has acted as Coordinator, regulators, and
Dinamisator. The Government has been working together with other cultural
institutions in Kotagede and involves elements of community, educational
institutions and the private sector in a bid management and preservation of the
area of cultural heritage Kotagede. The Government plays a role through
regulations and legislation were excluded, giving guidance and direction
intensively and effectively to the community. The Government also plays a role
as a facilitator in various implementation activities of management and
preservation of the area of cultural heritage kotagede to bridge the various
interests of the community and the Government in the implementation and
optimization program statutes and policies. |
