The purpose of the research to determine the implementation of the PSP3
program to increase youth entrepreneurship independence in the District Dlingo,
to determine the constraints faced in the implementation of the PSP3 program in
the District Dlingo, to determine the implications of the implementation of the
PSP3 program in increase youth entrepreneurship independence on regional
economic resilience in District Dlingo.
The method in this research used qualitative descriptive method, a method to
describe social realities that exist in the community. Informants selected by
purposive saming method, the choice of informants based on certain criteria in
this case is directly involved in the PSP3 program. The techniques data collection
done by observation, documentation and deep interviews that will be qualitatively
analyzed descriptively.
The results showed that the implementation can be realized with the right
program. The activities program is flexible to adjust to the needs that exist in
society. The implementation of the PSP3 program in the District Dlingo face
various constraints such as geography, language and cultural factors, lack of
support from local government, funding element of the program manager. PSP3
programme in the District Dlingo can not increase the economic resilience of the
region because they can not increase the entrepreneurship independence in the
District Dlingo.
