constraints faced by the Directorate of Makanan Babek TNI Briefing covers the

Formulate a strategy conception Babek Food Directorate debriefing in order to
optimize the military's role in supporting prepare food supplies military units.
This research used a qualitative descriptive method, the sampling
technique is purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation of
personnel of the Directorate of Makanan Babek TNI debriefing. After that, doing the
informant interviewing the Director, Head of Sub Directorate and staff debriefing
Makanan Babek TNI.
The results of this research is an overview of the procurement process that
food supplies are in accordance with government regulations but still there are
problems in implementation relating to the provision and timeliness of budget
spending each year. The obstacles encountered Ditbekkan Babek TNI is a classic
problem on regulatory issues and budgets, procurement and distribution of rice, as
well as coordination between the directorate who were in the military Babek
Ditbekkan. Regulatory constraints due to government regulation that is dynamic /
ever-changing as the government's positive efforts for modernization of
administration and bureaucracy, while the budget provided should not meet the
requirements in accordance with the work program and budget manuscript logistics
field TNI headquarters in the country due to the financial ability to support budget for
military activities is limited. Optimization efforts Ditbekkan role Babek TNI done
through strategies to improve human resources, so as to create an agile and skilled
human resources who are able to work in accordance with the rhythm Ditbekkan
Babek military. Other optimization strategy is to improve coordination among
directorates, which not only through takah groove that became the standard, but also
through a proactive mechanism, so that no staff or personnel waiting mutually interdirectorate
coordination. With this strategy of food provisioning in particular is
expected to run more optimally in support of the main tasks of the TNI. |
