| description | Occupational Safety and Health Program (OSH) is a designed systemsto
assure the safety of the good in all personnel in the workplace to prevent injuries and
illnesses in the workplace lead to abide/adhere to the laws and rules of occupational
safety and health, which is reflected changing the attitude towards safety in the
workplace. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of
Occupational Health and Safety program and provide corrective suggestions to the
Hospital Safety and Health program that has been running at the Panti Rapih
Hospital.
This research method is aqualitative research using case study design as a
measure to describe or depict the circumstances, the assessment and evaluation of the
implementation of the program know about Safety Hospital. The data collection
technique is to use in-depth interviews, document review, photo equipment, and
direct observation.
This study resulted in that the application program Occupational Safety and
Health at the Panti Rapih Hospital has been implemented because of the commitment
of the management in applying OSH, safety behavior which has reflected by labor,
safety against human education training hospitalm there are guidelines, technical
guidelines and SOP, monitoring workplace environmental health, occupational health
services implementation, convening safety services, solid waste management, liquid
and gas management, B3 services, and implementation of disaster management.
The conclusion of this research is the application of the OSH program in Panti
Rapih Hospitalthere are some disadvantages such, the written policy has not been
seen at thee Panti Rapih Hospital, not to improve the health status of the workers with
regular exercise and recreation as well as increase knowledge worker, the wast
treatment close to the settlement, the laying of the lack of proper evacuation plan,
evacuation teams still in one place, OSH has been no special effort, training is not
routine and is not programmed, and OSH are less intesting information.
