Summary: | This study was made aiming to identify the level of importance and
establish performance implementation success factors of building maintenance
Tabalong Regent Office in 2013 The role of asset management, especially in the
maintenance of office buildings very important office including maintenance
planning and supervision he implementation of building maintenance, so that the
condition of the building is well maintained accordance with the requirements of
laws and regulations in force, so the maintenance of the building goes up.
This study used a purposive sampling technique with the number of
respondents of 50 respondents. The analytical tool used importance-performance
analysis (IPA) by measuring the importance and quality of the implementation of
the key factors in building maintenance Tabalong Regent Office.
Maintenance of office buildings are part of the asset management area, in
addition to the goal of maintaining the condition of the building, also play a role
in increasing the value of the building itself.
Results maintenance by using importance-performance analysis showed that
a key factor in the maintenance of office buildings already have high importance
in the view of respondents, but in practice there are still to be improved such as
the determination of the functions within the organizational structure of the
building maintenance unit, measurement of performance in a well-defined
building maintenance, job description or job description of building maintenance
and the professionalism of human resources in building asset maintenance .
Gap greatest level of importance (3.94) and performance (3.58) is variable 13
