| description | This research aims to gain a clear picture of the role of the Directorate-
General of customs and Excise, a constraint is done, and the efforts in the legal
customs bonded area PT Lundin Industry Invest.
This research is empirical because it uses the normative primary data and
secondary data. Primary Data obtained in field Service Offices and surveillance in
Banyuwangi with sampling techniques using interviews using interview guides to
the speaker (1 part 1 Public Affairs, Treasury Ministry and Kasubsi, 1 Kasubsi
Internal Compliance and outreach. The secondary Data were obtained from the
library with the method documentation using the study documents the primary
legal materials against second secondary data were analyzed qualitatively
descriptive method based on inductive way of thinking. This research shows the
result of the role of the Directorate General of customs and Excise Jatim II who
commissioned the Service Office and the supervision of Banyuwangi, With
technique the sample by using centrifugal interview guidelines using interviews
against affairs ( 1 part common affairs, 1 in department service and
perbendaharaan, 1 in department compliance internal and elucidation. Data
secondary obtained from kepustakaan by method documentation use study
document on old law primary secondary both the data qualitative analysis method
based on how a descriptive think inductive.
The research indicated results role directorate general of customs and excise
