However, the rate of economic growth and GDP per capita in each sub-district has a different value, thus causing inequality between regions. This study aims to identify and analyze the pattern of economic growth per capita GDP inequality between districts in the city of Yogyakarta-year period 2003-2012. By using secondary data that includes data GDP, population, and GDP per capita districts in the city of Yogyakarta, this study uses an analytical tool in the form of typology Klaassen, Williamson index, Theil Entropy Index, Theil Entropy Index Between Group, and Within Group Theil Entropy Index. The results showed that areas in all four quadrant typology klaaseen gathered in the same location, except quadrant IV had separated location. The results of both inequality index analysis showed different trends during the study period. Williamson Index showed thin downward trend, while the Theil Entropy Index showed a slight increase. Theil Entropy Index Between Group and Within Group Theil Entropy Index also showed thin upward trend. Within Group Theil Entropy Index analysis in group 1 (affluent districts) and group 2 (fast growing districts) showed an upward trend during the study period, whereas in group 3 (districts depressed) showed a downward trend.
