description As described, Pela was a partnership bond conducted by two or more state which was not influenced by factors genealogy. Society of Central Maluku, especially NegeriBeinusa Amalatu and Mandalise Hatalaipessy assumed this bond as a lifelong bond that could not be broken, because it was a part of the customary system that regulates the life of societies. As customary system, language that was used was a special language, the language in the form of kapata tana discourse. It was Told as a form of discourse because of having intake context and co-text.Through the Heat Pela Ritual of Negeri Beinusa Amalatu and Mandalise Hatalaipessy, researchers will examine structures, characteristics of the language, prominent components of speech and interpret views and cultural values that is exist in the life of the society. The method that was used in this study was ethnography of communication by looking at the use of language in Panas Pela ritual. This method included the strategical stage, divided into three sections, namely: data collection, analysis and presentation of data in which the verbal utterances in the form of discourse was as a primary data and a non-verbal symbol was used as secondary data. Data was collected by interviewing, recording the rituals, and the language of discourse transcription tana into Indonesian. This writing produced discourse structure Panas Pela rituals divided into: (1) introduction, (2) content and (3) closing. Prominent Characteristics of Language in this ritual were
