This writing juridical empirical legal research on primary and secondary data. All data
were analyzed with qualitative methods.
The results showed that the implementation of accountability in the notary deed
fiduciary assurance as formal agreements in carrying out its authority in making a fiduciary
warranty deed notary must be moral, high integrity and cultivating an attitude of
professionalism and must be based on the laws that exist and rules common law so that the
possibilities of the emergence of the suit does not happen to fiduciary warranty deed is made.
Settlement of liability against the notary deed fiduciary assurance that if it is proven notaries
make mistakes, omissions, and negligence of the fiduciary assurance procedures deed is
causing harm to the parties or the plaintiff, the notary is obliged to compensate the party who
suffered the loss in the form of sanctions damages, interest, and penalties based on the
decision of the judge who has permanent legal force. |
