Perceptions of stakeholders in determining LPPB in Bantul are vary, but mostly

as a form of protection towards productive agricultural land and as embodiments
of food security in the region of Bantul particularly. As well as efforts to maintain
agricultural land for food, and as a guarantee of the availability of agricultural
land food for the next term. The parties disagree toward LPPB because of the
situation and the economic condition of the land owner, and also because farmers
assumed that agricultural sector is less profitable and agricultural land is the
property of farmers that can be given to their children. The diversity of
perceptions from each stakeholder occur due to: the background of each of the
stakeholders and their different perspectives on policy stakeholders.
