perspective of the public and financial analysis of the three alternatives proposed
use, namely for the construction of shops, supermarkets and hotel/inn.
The data used in this research is the primary data and secondary data. The
primary data obtained through interviews with relevant parties, surveys, and
questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from government agencies and
other sources related to this research.
Based on the research that has been done, it can be seen that the three
alternative proposals submitted land use, the shop is the most optimal use. Allows
physically, in accordance with the designation (zoning), has a market absorption
rate is high, the response from the public was very positive and feasible from a
financial aspect to be developed.
