chaos in the region due to the Tambora commercial area various types of vehicles
and humans as pedestrians who are not disciplined because forced on one roads line
in which there occurs the activity of buying and selling by utilizing the sidewalk
and the road that is not for the proper purpose, such as parking and sidewalk
vendors.
The method used is rationalistic qualitative methods to find problems in the
case studies, developed the framework for research, and then formulate theoretical
conceptualization based on existing theories of the study variables, quantitative
process data to discover qualitative results. Physical data macro on observations
collected as a data area to improve the analysis, which is about the spread of the
store / various buildings. Then analyzed every piece of road, which is about the
tendency of the distribution of parking, street stalls and pedestrians. In this case
study Cut path analysis to infer the distribution pattern of the diversity of buildings
and parking function setting activities, stalls and pedestrian sidewalk. The
conclusion of this analysis will be the basis of guidelines.
Studies in the area of Tambora show the condition of the movement in the
region, the movement that occurs is influenced by several factors resulting in the
situation of certain conditions, and determine the appropriate solution for the
movement patterns of Tambora commercial area.
These results indicate that the movement of pedestrians who do not fit,
many moved into the path of the vehicle. While the movement of vehicles
decreased capacity occupancy capacity due to several factors |
