Summary: | This study aims to determine the efforts made by the PD BPR Bank Jogja in
order to secure the loan and to know well the efforts made by the PD BPR Bank
Jogja in order to cope with bad loans in case the debtor is unable to pay its debts.
This research is normative and empirical. Research conducted through
library research and research field studies. Results analyzed qualitatively.
Analyzed results are presented descriptive.
The results showed that the efforts made by the Regional Enterprise (PD)
Bank Jogja credit is secured by the credit agreement, BI checking and checking
the credit history of the customer as well as insurance.In order to safeguard
against the loan will be disbursed, PD BPR Bank Jogja using 2 ( two ) forms of
construction law for securing credit, using credit agreement and / or the use of
acknowledgment of debt.The choice of 2 (two) forms of legal construction is seen
from the value of the credit to be disbursed. Loans with a value of over 100
million using the credit agreement, the credit while using up to 100 million letter
of acknowledgment of debt. While the efforts made by PD BPR Bank Jogja in
overcoming bad loans done in two ways, namely by performing ongoing billing
persuasively with the family and with tightening of credit analysis to business
owned by the debtor. This work is done before the execution of Bank guarantee/
security rights and civil suit.
This research is expected to provide benefits in the form of input and
reference materials for the parties directly concerned with the study and
contribute ideas in the field of law in particular juridical civil law, as well as to
provide information to the public regarding the implementation of the bank credit
agreement.
