Summary:Mushrooms have advantages compared with other food ingredients, namely a high nutritional and taste delicious. In the rainy season the growth of the fungus is very good because the temperature is low but in the dry season fungal growth stunted because of low humidity and high temperature. One effort to optimize the temperature and humidity in the mushroom house using evaporative cooler. Analysis of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is able to model the distribution of temperature and humidity, and air movement patterns in the mushroom house. This study aims to analyze distribution of temperature and humidity in the mushroom house with three variations of treatment, the condition of the building without the aid of mechanical devices (natural ventilation) on April 9, 2014, the condition of the building with the evaporative cooler using the water on 25 April, 2014 and the condition of the building with the evaporative cooler, and condition of the building with the evaporative cooler using cold water on May 5, 2014 and validate the results of measurements with the calculation results of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Of the three treatment variations in mushroom houses (l = 3 m, w = 2 m, t = 3 m) will be assessed the distribution of temperature and humidity of air at 08:00
