| description | This research aims to identify market structure and competitiveness of conventional commercial banking in Indonesian banking sector after application of Indonesia Banking Architecture Program (API) by Bank Indonesia. This research uses Panzar-Rosse model to identify market structure and competitiveness of Indonesia’s commercial banking. The result shows that Indonesia’s commercial banking sector is on monopolistic competition. Meanwhile for degree of competitiveness as measured by Panzar-Rosse Model shows that competition in Indonesia’s commercial and conventional banking sector tends to decrease after application of Banking Architecture Program (API). |
