Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan pada efisiensi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Hipotesis yang dirumuskan Pengawas Independen berpengaruh positif pada efisiensi. BPR dengan Direktur Profesional lebih efisien daripada BPR dengan Direktur Pemilik. Kata kunci: Pelayanan dana; masyarakat pedesaan; usaha kecil mikro; efisiensi; direktur. ABSTRACT Rural Agency Funds to provide services to some rural communities and small micro enterprises, in connection with these two BPR need to be maintained and developed. Implementation of corporate governance in the BPR is expected to encourage healthy competition and a conductive business climate. Company performance can be measured from the implementation of operational efficiency. Efficiency is one indicator of a company's ability to survive and thrive, measured by comparing the output with the inputs used to produce the output. This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on the efficiency of rural banks. Formulated the hypothesis that the Independent Trustees positive effect on efficiency.
