| Summary: | The articipation of qualified farmer is a key to success in achieving the objectives of agricultural development through his/her role as facilitator of learning for other farmers .The objective of the research was to analyzed the influence of emphaty and experience in farming to farmer' skill as facilitator in learning activities at Farmers' Agricultureand Rural Training Centre (FARTC). Thr kind of research was survey that 140 farmers as facilitators in FRTCs located 17 districs in West Java Province involed . This study applied the quantitative methid namely the regreesion analyze.The result of regression method shows that the emphaty (t=2.369:p 0.05), partially and simultaneouslyin influence the farmess' skill as facilitator (R2=0.072). 92.8% is influenced by other variabels which were not used in the research |
