Thr kind of research was survey that 140 farmers as facilitators in FRTCs located 17 districs in West Java Province involed . This study applied the quantitative methid namely the regreesion analyze.The result of regression method shows that the emphaty (t=2.369:p 0.05), partially and simultaneouslyin influence the farmess' skill as facilitator (R2=0.072). 92.8% is influenced by other variabels which were not used in the research |
