Summary:The aim of the research was to know the performance of Friesian Holstein Imported From Australia on milk production, fat and protein content. The research was conducted at Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul – Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BBPTU-HPT) Baturraden, Banyumas. Materi of the research was 81 Friesian Holstein cattle imported from Australia. Data of milk production was corrected on 350 days and mature equivalent (ME). The result indicated that Friesian Holstein imported from Australia have milk production, fat and protein content as follows 5,583 ± 1,775 litre, 4.70 ± 0.72 %; 3.23 ± 0.40 % respectively, with an average 251.74 ± 75.38 days of lactation and average of 23.18 ± 1.70 months of cow age, thus that the average daily milk production amount to 22.18±23.55 liters. The conclusion of this research showed that imported Friesian Holstein from Australia atBBPTU-HPT Baturraden, Banyumas have high productivity and high quality.
