This book examines the concept of PFI and its methods of procurement for construction projects. It is primarily aimed to benefit construction students and researchers. But key PFI stakeholders – policy-makers, professionals and students (in design, costing, construction, legal, accounting, banking and finance, insurance, estate and facilities managers, civil servants, etc), NGOs and the public as end-users – are also expected to benefits from this book in terms of understanding how PFI projects are procured in general and in particular on how projects are procured under the Malaysian PFI. |
