| Summary: | The transformation or the social changes is basically lives developing consep and orientation which is moved by the birocration in general, and because of it is said that the interfere's birocration in many developing countries are much influences and assures the social changes process it is intended. Even. it can be said that there is not the social changes process without interfere with birocration. This research discusses the role of the birocration in the social changes in Dati I 1 West Aceh Regency such as it is observed through variety of the program and activities local government and it conjunction with the changes done in the living social society in Dati I 1 West Aceh Regency. From the results of survey and data analysis which are got. it can be seen that the government birocration and the hole of institutions have the roles and the good relation with the sosial changes in Dati I 1 West Aceh Regency. The role of birocration in the social changes in Dati I 1 West Aceh Regency, it is possible and realize because of support of the exisistence government organization factors. I t defenition is the activities of birocration do the function, the assignment. and the role are supported with the power followed it base on the government organization where is the birocratist work. Because of it all of work hard, activities, consultation, and instruction which are done by the birocration staff as an orientation to society is always be done by society. This thing is also shows there is support awareness society in supporting the activities the role of birocration. So i t means the organization factors (the power) and the awareness factor of society are the variables which are supported the role of birocration in the social changes in Dati I 1 West Aceh Regency.
