description Level of pathogenicity of geographical isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (=Fol), i.e., (Agam, Cangkringan, Kopeng, Malang) was tested on tomato variety Grosse Lisse. A suspension of monosporic conidia of Fol isolated with the concentration of 106 conidia/ml was inoculated on 3 weeks old tomato plant as much as 20 ml/polybag by pouring the suspension onto the soil surrounding the plant. The plant was incubated for 8 weeks and observed for every week for the development of the symptom. The result indicated that there was indication of high pathogenicity of concering the intensity it was found that two isolates, i.e, Kopeng dan Malang, showing higher intensity compared to the other two isolates.
