Isolation of individual isolate of antioxidant was carried out by thin layer chromatographic separation. A combination of solvent of ethyl acetate : formic acid : water (11 : 3 : 1, v/v) was used during thefirst separation to reduce the complexity of natural component in the coriander ertract.
