Description
Summary:Pyrolysis Mass-spectrometric (PyMS)-Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) analysis of valine content of mutant Saccharopolyspora erythraea R$-19-iBHxr was carried out. The research was to determine whether or not the mutant-valine content was higher than that of the parent. The analysis was run on the Neu Desk program using one neuron for the input and output training. Standard hack propagation (SBP) was used as the algorithm training. The value error of 0.0009 was reached using maximum epoch of 181. The results showed that the mutant-valine content was higher than that of the parent.
