The aim of this study was to investigate the accuracy of IKA-1984 compared with the other four standard renal function tests (i.e. Schwartz-1976, Feld-1990, Barratt-1975 and Chantler-1976). The data analysis used was clinical agreement in the interpretation of diagnostic tests. The results revealed very high kappa indexes (>0,80), providing IKA-1984 was accurate.

Pengukuran kllren baku Inulin dan kllren kreatinin endogen secara simultan telah dilakukan pada 112 anak umur 2-14 tahun penderita penyakit ginjal. Untuk menentukan diagnosis status faal ginjal normal atau terganggu dlpergunakan baku uji status faal ginjal IKA-1984. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahul akurasi baku IKA-1984 dibandingkan empat buah baku uji status faal ginjal lainnya, yaitu Schwartz-1976, Feld-1990, Barratt-1975 dan Chantler-1976. Analisis data menggunakan nilai kesepakatan kilnik terhadap interpretasi klasifikasi status faal ginjal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indeks kappa yang sangat tInggl (>0,80) dan Inl membuktikan bahwa IKAJ1984 akurat. |
