It was a fact that the. protection of women workers was very lacking. This research discussed the following problem: why it took place unbalanced protection between men and women workers in Indonesia. It was conducted by documentary and library study with a legal comparative approach. Some Indonesian regulations referred some United Nations conventions as consideration. They indicated that the conventions were being bases in the making process of them. Unfortunately gender bias has influanced their making process and implementation. |
