Summary:This research is purposed to evaluate married couple access and control toward resources in roof household industries. The qualitative method is used as research approach. Both involves observations and deep interviews was applied in collection processes of field data. The collected data are analyzed by using the interactive method of Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman including collection of data, presentation of data, reduction of data and conclusions. The primary focus of this research is households having incomes from roof household industries and involving man and woman as married couple. In household industries, work sharing was not strict between married couple. The wife tent to do light jobs. In addition to work sharing, there was also an access and control difference. Married couple as roof entrepreneurs hired permanent and temporary employees but they were also involved in roof manufacturing. In the roof manufacturing, there was a day off, parent's death day, in that day roof burning was halted. A wife has access and control in managing both finance for business capital and that for daily household needs. In addition to finance, a wife had also access and control in selecting employees since she had more time paying attention to her employees. In order to gain how to properly manufacture roofs, buy manufacturing tools and sale roofs, the access and control is in married couple's hand by discussing it first.
