| Summary: | Land ownership, whatever its forms, is justified only if it is based on the legal law. For that reason, it needs valid data to make order the land ownership in Water Castle (Tamansari). Every land ownership needs to find out the background of how it was gained/obtained and how the pattern of ownership was.
This research has an aim at analysing the background and the pattern of land ownership in Water Castle (Tamansari). It is done by analysing primary and secondary data. The primary data consist of ome information from the inhabitant and live resources. The secondary data will be taken from the documents on Water Castle (Tamansari) found in several offices. The collected data will be analysed qualitatively.
The result shows that one of the cuases of the illegal land ownership in Water Castle (Tamansari) is the lack of law enforcement. There are many kinds of land ownership pattern in Water Castle (Tamansari) |
