Attempt to prevent prolonged labour could be done by monitoring delivery process and her fetus by using a partograph. This is because the use of partograph could help accuracy in referring delivery mother. The aim of this study was to find out the implementation of partograph utilization and determinants that influence the partograph.
The method of this research was historical cohort with population of 2461 people. 570 people out of 2461 people were selected as the sample by using a random sampling design. Collected data was analysed by using Persons Chi-Square and descriptive approach.
